SCORSESE, DICAPRIO RETURN TO MASSACHUSETTS
by Ken Ellis

TAUNTON - Having enjoyed great success the last time he shot
in a film in Massachusetts with the Oscar winning "
The
Departed", director Martin Scorsese has teamed up again with
Leonardo DiCaprio and returned to Massachusetts to film
"
Shutter Island". The film is based on a Dennis Lehane ("Gone
Baby Gone", "Mystic River") novel and is being shot in Taunton
and Medfield.  A nearby Italian restaurant, Lorenzo's of
Middleboro had a welcome message for the crew on their
marquee: "Welcome Paramount Pictures". But a confidential
source inside the restaurant has revealed to Delta that no one
from the crew came their to eat.  We have also learned that
once filming completed in the Taunton Mills area, the set was
destroyed. The crew can now be found filming more scenes in
Medfield. We'll send a media team up there soon and see what
other tawdry scandals we can make....err, I mean dig up.
