Orlando Bloom is joining co-star Keira Knightley in quitting Pirates of the Caribbean,
according to Contact Music. The fourth installment to the Pirates franchise is said to be
in the planning, however, last year Knightley announced she won’t do another Pirates
movie.
A source revealed to the News of the World:
“Orlando loved the films but thinks it’s time to bow out because they tied up nicely for
his character Will Turner.
The producers are OK with that because they want to concentrate on the new
adventures of Johnny Depp’s (character) Captain Jack Sparrow.”
The next Pirates movie should be interesting. Watch it turn out to be the best one!
