The “Twilight" madness continues on Thursday, Nov. 12 where die-hard fans can
participate in "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" event at the Natick Collection's Hot
Topic located at 1245 Worcester St. Go to the Hot Topic location at 8:00AM on
October 31st, 2009, and purchase a commemorative The Twilight Saga: New Moon
Tour T-shirt. You'll get a wristband that'll give you access to the event at the location
you purchase your T-shirt from.
A Twilight mall tour is set to take place now. TheTwilight Saga: New Moon mall tour
will include store appearances throughout the country up until the official release of
the movie. It's another promotional move to get the movie out into the public eye,
and an interesting advertising technique that hasn't been used in this fashion for
quite some time. The big tie-in for the New Moon film is that they will drive customers
to both Hot Topic and Nordstrom stores all through the month of November. It's even
going to include an appearance at a Toys R Us store that should be interesting.
This Twilight mall tour is going to include appearances by cast members as well as
forums where cast members will answer the questions of fans in the audience. For
fans of the Twilight series, this is going to be a must-see event that will take place in
many different malls across the country. There are 27 locations listed on the New
Moon mall tour so far, and that covers many days up until the November 20th release
of TheTwilight Saga: New Moon into theaters. The list of which actors or actresses will
appear at each location has not yet been released, but the official Twilight mall tour
dates have been.
Similar to the scream fest last year in Saugus with Robert Pattinson, fans who acquire
VIP credentials on Saturday, Oct. 31 will be granted access to the meet and greet with
select cast members. The Natick mall event will feature performances from artists
from the film's soundtrack.
